URFA – Speaking on the phone with PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, his brother Mehmet Öcalan said, “Our phone call was sabotaged. Our concerns have increased even more."
Mehmet Öcalan spoke to PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan who is being held in İmralı F Type High Security Closed Prison on the phone at Urfa Courthouse. Shortly after the call, the phone was cut off.
Mehmet Öcalan who spoke to our agency regarding the telephone conversation, stated that the meeting was sabotaged and his concerns increased further.
'SABOTED'
Stating that the interrupted phone call was actually sabotaged, Öcalan said, “There is nothing to say. We don't accept a few minutes long conversation". Addressing concerns about the health condition of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, Öcalan said, “There is nothing good. We couldn't talk. Our concerns have grown even more."
